Archiving Projects

  1. Select for Archiving:

    • Choose projects that are no longer active or needed in the main listings.

    • Why? Archiving old or completed projects keeps the main project list uncluttered and focused on current activities, which improves navigation and efficiency.

  2. Archive Projects:

    • Click the "Archive" button. Confirm your choice in the popup dialogue box.

    • Why? Archiving ensures that historical data is preserved without interfering with the day-to-day management of active projects.

  3. Access Archived Projects:

    • Go to the "Archived Projects" tab to view or manage archived entries.

    • Why? Access to archived projects is essential for historical reference and can be useful for legal, financial, or operational reviews.
