Archiving and Unarchiving Units

  1. Archiving a Unit:

    • Select the units to be archived from the main list and click the "Archive" button.

    • Why? Archiving units that are no longer active helps keep the database clean and focused on current properties, enhancing system efficiency and user navigation.

  2. Unarchiving a Unit:

    • Navigate to the "Archived Units" tab and select units to unarchive.

    • Why? Unarchiving units is necessary when they become relevant again for leasing or other management activities, ensuring they are visible and manageable in the main system.
