Select the units to be archived from the main list and click the "Archive" button.
Why? Archiving units that are no longer active helps keep the database clean and focused on current properties, enhancing system efficiency and user navigation.
Unarchiving a Unit:
Navigate to the "Archived Units" tab and select units to unarchive.
Why? Unarchiving units is necessary when they become relevant again for leasing or other management activities, ensuring they are visible and manageable in the main system.
