Can I be reminded when my listing will be available?

Managing listing availability is crucial for keeping your rental or sales process on track. PropSpace allows you to set reminders for the Next Available Date, ensuring you are notified in advance.

  1. Select the relevant listing: Navigate to the listing you want to set a reminder for.
  2. Edit Listing: Click on the "Edit Listing" button.
  3. Set the Next Available Date: In the "Additional Info" section, find and set the "Next Available Date."
       
  4. Set a Reminder: In the next field, choose a reminder from the dropdown presets to be notified before the Next Available Date.
      
  5. Save the Listing: After saving, a reminder email will be sent to the assigned Agent prior to the availability date.

This feature helps ensure you don’t miss any key dates for your listings.
