Can I create a copy / duplicate a listing?
Yes, you can create a copy of your listing. To create a copy, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the listings screen from the top menu bar.
2. Select a listing record in the data table.
3. Click on the Actions button in the top-right corner of the table, and select Copy Listing.
4. In the pop-up window, you can choose where to place the copy of your listing - Sales or Rentals. You can also opt to include photos when duplicating the property.
5. Click on the Duplicate button.
6. Your new listing will open in an Edit state, requiring you to populate another unit number and price. Click on Save when you are done.
Note: If all details in the duplicated listing are identical to the original, the system may prevent its creation. This feature is designed to avoid duplicate listings and ensure smooth verification across portals.
