Can I Hide the Asking Price for a Listing?
Yes, you can hide the asking price for a listing by setting it to "Price on Application" (POA). This will ensure that the price is not displayed on property portals, but the listing will still be advertised.
To apply POA, follow these steps:
- Select the relevant listing from the data table.
- Click on the "Edit Listing" button to make changes.
- In the "Additional Information" section, set the POA field to "Yes".

- Save the record, and your listing will be updated in all XML feeds.

If your price is still visible on the portal even after selecting "Yes" for Price on Application (POA), you will need to check the pricing cap set by the portal. Some property portals have a minimum price threshold, and if your property’s price is below this limit, it may still display. Contact the portal to confirm their requirements and ensure that the POA setting is properly applied.
