The first and foremost step in troubleshooting an offline listing is to verify if the listing exists in the XML feed for the respective portal.
  1. Locate the Listing ref in the feed
    1. Navigate to the PropSpace Admin > Portals section.
    2. Locate the XML feed link for the respective portal and open it in your browser.
    3. Search for the listing using the listing reference number.

Steps to Troubleshoot Offline Listings

  1. Verify Portal Credits
    1. Check for credit availability, if necessary purchase additional credits.
  2. Check Permit Numbers
    1. Ensure that all listings have valid and active permit numbers.
    2. Update permits for expired or incorrect entries.
  3. Update Agent Profiles
    1. Verify that the agent's BRN, email address, and other mandatory details are complete and valid.
    2. Send us a request or initiate a chat to quickly resync the details if needed.
  4. Review Listing Details
    1. Look for incomplete fields, such as rental property availability date or no. of cheque.
    2. Ensure all required fields meet the portal’s guidelines.

Notes

Recent Cases and Solutions

  1. Missing BRN - An agent’s BRN was missing, resulting in offline listings. After updating the BRN in the CRM, the listings went live.
  2. Insufficient Credits - Standard listings were offline due to unavailable credits. Once credits were added, the listings were successfully re-published.
  3. Permit Revalidation - A listing went offline due to an expired permit. Revalidating and syncing the permit resolved the issue.
  4. User Profile sync in Property Finder - User profiles were not syncing properly when the profile was created first in Property Finder and the listing was assigned afterwards. The correct process is to first create the user in PropSpace and then assign the live listing to automatically generate the profile in Property Finder. Following this method ensures proper syncing of the user profile.
