Generating Reports

How to Generate Various Reports in PropSpace:

Prerequisites:

- Required role: Any Role can access the Report. Manager/Admin/Agent
- Note: Only the 'Manager' access can access the Agent Leaderboard

If you do not see these options, contact your account administrator.
  • Accessing the Reports Module:

    1. Navigate to the 'Reports' section from the main menu.

    2. Select the type of report you wish to generate (e.g., Leads Report, Sales Performance, Listings Report).

  • Creating a Custom Report:

    1. In the 'Reports' section, choose 'Create Custom Report'.

    2. Select the data fields you want to include in the report.

    3. Set filters to specify the data range, status, or other parameters relevant to your needs.

    4. Generate the report and view it on-screen, or download it in your preferred format (e.g., PDF, Excel).

Notes
Managers can access the Leaderboard, while Admins and Agents cannot. All other report tabs are accessible to all three user roles.
           


Why This Matters: Generating detailed reports allows management and team members to track performance metrics, understand market trends, and assess operational efficiency. Reports provide a basis for strategic decision-making and help in pinpointing areas for improvement.
