How can I generate a Unified Tenancy Contract through PropSpace?
PropSpace allows you to seamlessly generate a Unified Tenancy Contract on your Rental Deals. The Unified Tenancy Contract is a mandatory legal document issued by Dubai's Land Department to streamline lease contracts and break clauses.
- On the Deals screen, select a rental record from the data table. If the record is not present in the table, create a new deal first.
- With the record selected, click on the Generate Document action in the top-right corner of the record. Select Ejari Unified Tenancy Contract from the options in the dropdown.
- A pop-up window will appear providing you with a split screen between the form and the contract preview. Details of the contract are automatically picked up from the deal record, but can be edited if required.
- (Optional) You can add in Additional Terms and an Addendum to the contract as well. For additional terms, scroll to the lower half of the form to find 8 textboxes for those clauses. For the Addendum, switch to the Addendum tab and add your terms and conditions. The addendum will be printed as a separate page that is attached to the Unified Tenancy Contract.
- If you have made any changes to the form, click on the Generate Preview button to update the PDF in the right panel.
- Click on the 'Save' button, and the file is automatically attached to the Documents section for that deal.
