How can I update my TRN No. or transaction number?

The VAT registration for all real estate agents in the UAE was introduced in the last quarter of 2017. After the registration, a Tax Registration Number (TRN No.) will be given to the applicant. The TRN No is a unique identification number for business owners and should serve as a reference number for all records of sales and purchases made by a consumer or business owner.

Steps to Update TRN Number:

1. Access Admin Screen:

   • Hover on the "Admin" menu  and select “Profile” and then "Company Setting"

2. Enter TRN Number:

   • Automatically, a 5% Tax is calculated when ticked on “Transaction Details” while creating a deal

3. Save Settings:

   • Click "Update Profile" to finalize the change.
