How to Create a Lease for Multiple Units?

PropSpace Property Management Software makes it easy to create a single lease for multiple units, which is often needed in commercial properties where several units are combined into one. Here’s how to do it:

1. Navigate to Leases.
2. Click on "New Lease".
3. In the Unit Selection section > + Select Units to include in the lease.
   
   

This process will create a unified lease for the selected units, streamlining the management of commercial properties.

For multiple units, only units with the same landlord can be selected. The first unit that is selected will display on the lease data table. Leases with multiple units can be searched for using the Unit Ref, Unit Number and Complete Address of any of the multiple units that belong to the lease.

Note: The unit(s) cannot be changed once the lease has been saved.

With this feature, PropSpace simplifies the management of merged units, ensuring that commercial leases are efficiently handled in one place. This feature can help save time and reduce the complexity of managing individual leases for each unit.
