A quick and efficient way to handle rent invoicing is by using PropSpace Property Management Software, which allows you to generate invoices and receipts directly. This eliminates the need for paper-based invoices, reducing clutter and ensuring accuracy. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Never share passwords, API keys, or authentication details with anyone.
2. PropSpace staff will never ask for your password or private keys.
3. If you believe credentials have been exposed, rotate them immediately and contact support@propspace.com.
   

1. Select the transaction for which you want to generate an invoice (you can also select multiple transactions).
2. Go to the "More Actions" menu.
3. Choose the "Generate Invoice" option.
   

           

           

     4. Preview the invoice to review all the details, including any necessary disclaimer text and whether the invoice is issued by the Company or Agent.

         

   5. Once you’re satisfied with the preview, click "Generate" to finalize the invoice, and then Download

Once the invoice is generated, it can be directly emailed to your tenant or client, streamlining your invoicing process.

You can also include additional disclaimer text on the invoice, such as payment terms, late fees, or other conditions. Additionally, you can specify whether the invoice will be issued by the Company or by the Agent.
