How Long Does It Take for a Listing to Go Live on Portals?

Once you have signed up with a property portal and linked your account, you can start creating listings, and PropSpace will handle the rest through its automated sync process.

Listings marked as "Published" with the relevant portal selected should begin appearing live within a short time frame. PropSpace's XML feeds continuously update listings with the latest changes. However, each property portal follows its own sync schedule, so some delays may occur depending on their crawling set time.

For example, some portals may take a few hours to update, while others, like Property Finder, sync in almost real-time, allowing you to add and update records instantly. If your listing doesn’t appear as expected, checking the portal’s update frequency and ensuring the listing meets all requirements can help resolve any delays.
