How to Add a Listing

Properties for rent and sale are managed separately under the Rental Listings and Sales Listings screens. To add a listing, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the required screen (Sales or Rentals) from the top menu bar.
  2. Click on the Add New button in the action bar.
  3. Fill in the property details in the form. Fields highlighted in red are mandatory.
  4. Choose the status of the listing:
    • Published – The listing is available and pushed online to selected portals.
    • Unpublished – The listing is inactive and not sent to any portal.
    • Draft – The listing is saved as a draft for later edits.
    • Pending Approval – The listing requires manager/admin approval before going live.
  5. Click Save once all details are entered. The listing can be edited anytime later if needed.
