How to Bulk Update the Assigned User for My Published Sale Listings?
If you need to assign a new user to multiple published sale listings at once, follow these steps:
From the Listing Screen: Navigate to the 'Sales' section.
Select Listings: Scroll down to the "Current Listings" tab. Use the filter to select all the published listings. Once selected, click on the Bulk Update option.
Check Selected Records: Ensure that the listings you want to update are correctly selected. Choose the desired user from the "Assigned User" field.
Set the User: Select the user to assign and, if needed, tick the box to assign the Listing Owner to this user as well. After making your selection, click on Update Fields.
Confirm the Update: A pop-up will appear confirming that the update has been completed successfully. The change will now reflect on all the selected records.
This bulk update allows you to save time and manage your listings more efficiently.
