How to Check the Expiring Leases?
Keeping track of expiring leases is crucial to ensure timely renewals and to avoid any gaps in rental income. PropSpace Property Management Software makes it straightforward to monitor leases that are nearing their expiration date. Here’s how you can check the expiring leases.
To check for expiring leases in PropSpace, navigate to the Expiring Leases Tab. You can filter the leases by selecting from the following periods:
- Next 30 days
- Next 90 days
- Next 120 days
The system will display all leases that are expiring within the selected timeframe.

Additionally, there are two reminders for managers:
- 2 weeks before the lease period ends.
- 90 days before the lease period ends.
These reminders help ensure you stay ahead of upcoming lease expirations and can take the necessary steps for renewals or new leases.
By using the Expiring Leases Tab and setting up reminders, PropSpace helps you stay organized and proactive in managing lease renewals, preventing any potential disruptions in your leasing process.
