Step-by-Step Process to Add a New Location Description:
Navigate to Listings Sales/Rentals
Start by heading to the Listings section. Depending on the type of property you're listing, select either Sales or Rentals from the options available.Click on the Locations Text Tab by clicking on Full Screen in Description
Once you're in the listings section, you'll see various tabs. Click on the Locations tab to proceed with managing location data.
Click on New Location Description
Under the Locations tab, look for the New Location Description button and click on it to begin the process.Select the Required Emirate
From the dropdown menu, select the emirate where your property is located. This step ensures your listing is aligned with the correct geographical area.Choose the Location
Next, select the specific location (neighborhood, area, etc.) from the dropdown menu. This helps to narrow down your property's exact location within the emirate.Add the Required Description
Enter a detailed description of the location. Highlight key features or any unique characteristics that could attract potential buyers or renters. This description will assist in showcasing the property's surroundings.Save Description
After entering the location description, click Save to store the new description in the system.
