How to download deals?

Keeping a record of your deals is essential for tracking and reporting purposes. PropSpace makes it simple to download your deals in either Excel format. Follow these steps to download your deals list.

Confidentiality notice:

1. Deal exports contain commercially sensitive information including commission values.
2. Do not share exported deal data outside authorised personnel.
3. Store securely and delete when no longer required.

1. Click on Work and select Deals.
   
2. Select the deals you want to download.
   
3. If you want to download all the deals per page, click the Select All button. You can choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page, with a maximum of 100 entries.
   
   
   
4. Select the deals that you want to download. Click share options and select download selected deals as excel table.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Request SMS code. Once the SMS code is received, input the code on the box and click verify.
   
   
   
6. Click download as preferred Excel. 
   
7. A downloaded deals table example is attached.
