How to download leads?
Downloading Leads in PropSpace
Data protection notice:
Exported files contain personal data protected under GDPR and UAE data protection law.
You are responsible for:
- Secure storage of exported files
- Deleting exports when no longer required
- Not sharing personal data without consent
Steps to Download Leads:
Navigate to Leads:
Click on Work and select Leads.
Select Lead Tab:
Choose the desired tab (e.g., Current Lead).
Select Leads:
Choose leads per page (10, 25, 50, 100) and click 'Select All' if needed.
Request SMS Code:
Input the SMS code received and click 'Verify'.
Download:
Click 'Download Excel Table'.
Why This Matters:
Downloading leads helps maintain an offline backup of your data and allows for easier analysis and reporting outside of PropSpace.
Exports include contact details and enquiry information.
Exports never include passwords or payment data.
