How to download leads?

Downloading Leads in PropSpace

Steps to Download Leads:

  1. Navigate to Leads:

    • Click on Work and select Leads.

  2. Select Lead Tab:

    • Choose the desired tab (e.g., Current Lead).

  3. Select Leads:

    • Choose leads per page (10, 25, 50, 100) and click 'Select All' if needed.

  4. Request SMS Code:

    • Input the SMS code received and click 'Verify'.

  5. Download:

    • Click 'Download Excel Table'.

Why This Matters:

Downloading leads helps maintain an offline backup of your data and allows for easier analysis and reporting outside of PropSpace.
