How to download listings?

You can download your Sales or Rental listings as a PDF brochure, A3 poster, PDF table, or Excel table, with the Excel table being the most commonly used format. The following steps should be followed to download Sales and Rental listings.

Listing exports contain property owner information. Treat owner details as confidential and store the file securely.

1. Click Listings screen and select Sales or Rentals.
2. Select the preferred listings that you want to download. Take note of the listing status.
1.      Unpublished
   
2.     Published
   
3.       Waiting for approval
   
4.       Draft
   
   
3. If you want to download all the listings per page, click the select all button. (The entries per page are 10, 25, 50 and 100. The maximum is 100 entries per page.)
   
   
4.  If you want to download all the listings, you can download all your listings as excel table by clicking on Share Options.
   
   
5. Request SMS code. Once the SMS code is received, input the code on the box and click verify. 
   
6.  You can select between Download Excel and Download Selected Columns on excel. 
   
1. If you select Download Selected Columns option, you can choose the applicable columns that you want to show on your table. Then click Generate.
   
   
7.  A downloaded table with the selected columns example is attached.
