PropSpace simplifies the process of finding suitable properties for your leads with its smart matching properties feature. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you utilize this functionality effectively: 
  1. Select or Create a Lead: Begin by selecting a lead from the data table, or create a new lead with the specific requirements of your client, such as the desired number of bedrooms, budget, and preferred location.
  2. Matching Properties Recommendations: 
    1. Click on the 'Matching Properties' switch to quickly find properties that align with your lead's requirements

    2. Based on the lead’s requirements, PropSpace will automatically recommend relevant properties that align with their preferences.
    3. The recommended properties will appear in the third column of the lead form, categorized as exact matches or similar matches.

  3. Understanding the Match Accuracy: Each matching property is assigned a star rating based on how closely it aligns with the lead’s requirements.
    1. 5 stars: Perfect matches that fully meet the lead’s criteria.
    2. 4 stars: Good matches that are slightly different from the original requirements.
    3. Lower star ratings indicate properties that may deviate further from the lead’s criteria but are still worth considering.

      Adding Additional Properties
      Similar to this, you can add additional properties in the 'Property Requirement' sections Property 2, Property 3, and Property 4; depending on the Leads' interest. Once you have added these properties, you can click on the dropdown button to display them. You can then search for matching leads for Property 2, Property 3, and Property 4. This allows for a broader search of potential matches and provides more options to explore, increasing the chances of finding a suitable property for the client.

      Instead of creating multiple leads for the same client, you can have one lead with multiple interested properties in different locations. This helps in matching several similar properties to the lead without duplicating efforts, streamlining the process, and improving efficiency in managing client interests.

  4. Share Properties with Your Lead: 
    1. Select one or more properties from the recommended list.
    2. Use the Email option to share these properties with your lead: Clicking on the Email link will open a popup window where you can edit the recipient’s email address, subject line, and message body.


  5. Follow Up with Your Lead:
    1. If your client expresses interest in any of the shared properties, arrange for viewings to explore them further.
    2. Leverage the time saved from the smart matching process to focus on closing the deal efficiently.
