How to generate a rental deal?

PropSpace makes it to create and manage rental deals while automatically generating essential documents. Follow these simple steps to create a rental deal and ensure all details are captured correctly.

Navigate to Work > Deals screen in the top menu bar.

Click on the 'New Deal' button and select 'Type' as Rentals.

Search and select the tenant.

Select the listing for which you need to generate the contract. The Landlord details and Unit details are automatically fetched from the listing.
      

Select the Deal status and sub-status.

Enter the Deal Price, Deposit, and Commission.

If an External Agency was involved, check the checkbox for 'Split with External Agency'.

Enter the Estimated Deal Date (an estimation by when the deal will be completed), and add the Actual Contract Date once the contract is finalized.

Select the Tenancy Renewal Date, and under Set Reminder, a reminder will be sent before the Tenancy Renewal Date.

Save the record when you are done with the changes. The new record will now be available in the data table, and the linked listing will automatically be marked as unpublished.

Creating rental deals in PropSpace is quick and efficient. Once the deal is created, all essential details are automatically captured, and you can generate the necessary contracts with ease.
