How to Import My Contact List When Sending a Bulk SMS?

Efficiently managing bulk SMS campaigns requires importing your contact list into PropSpace. Follow these steps to seamlessly upload and send SMS messages.   

1. Access the Bulk SMS Module

  • Navigate to ‘Marketing’ → Click on ‘SMS’.
  • Select the ‘Bulk SMS’ tab and enter your message.

2. Upload Your Contact List from an Excel File

  • In the ‘Select Option’ dropdown, choose ‘Import from an Excel File’.
  • Click the ‘Upload File’ button.

3. Upload Your File

  • A pop-up window will appear. Click ‘Choose File’ and select your contact list.
  • Ensure your file is in .xls, .xlsx, or .csv format and does not exceed 2MB in size.
  • Click ‘Upload’ to import the contacts.

4. Select Contacts and Send SMS

  • The imported contacts will appear under ‘Select Option’.
  • Click ‘Select All’ to include all numbers.
  • Click ‘Send Message’ to complete the process.

By following these steps, you can quickly import and send bulk SMS messages through PropSpace. Ensuring your contact list is formatted correctly helps avoid errors and improves delivery efficiency.
