How to Import Your Subscribers List in PropSpace?

Managing your newsletter subscribers efficiently is crucial for seamless email campaigns. Instead of adding contacts manually, PropSpace allows you to import a subscribers list in a few steps.

Before You Import

Only add people who have opted in to receive emails from your company. Every email sent through PropSpace must include an unsubscribe link (added automatically).

Sending emails to people who didn't ask for them violates anti-spam laws and can result in your domain being blacklisted.

1. Navigate to the Newsletter Module

  • Go to ‘Marketing’ → Click on ‘Newsletter’ > Click on 'Switch to Old Version'.

2. Create or Update a Subscriber List

  • Click on the ‘Lists’ tab.
  • If you don’t have a list, click ‘New List’, enter the required details, and Save.

3. Upload Your Excel File

  • Select the list you created > Click on ‘Subscribers' > 'Select Subscribers’. > Click on Import
  • Click ‘Upload File’ and choose your subscriber list in .xls, .xlsx, or .csv format (Max size: 2MB).

4. Ensure Correct Formatting

  • Your Excel file should follow this format:
    • Column A: Email Address (Mandatory)
    • Column B: Subscriber First Name (Optional)
    • Column C: Subscriber Last Name (Optional)
  • Click ‘Upload’ to import the contacts into the selected list. 

  • Click on ‘Download Sample File’ to get a properly formatted Excel template. The system will process the file and automatically import all valid contacts into the selected list.   

By following these steps, you can import your subscriber list into PropSpace and manage your newsletter campaigns efficiently. This method saves time and ensures seamless communication with your clients.
