How to set up Auto Import for Bayut?

Setting up auto import for Bayut leads ensures that all your enquiries are automatically pushed into PropSpace without manual effort. 

Why enable auto import?

Auto-importing leads helps you:
  1. Avoid missing out on any lead details
  2. Eliminate typing errors or incomplete information
  3. Save time by removing manual data entry
  4. Ensure faster follow-ups with clients

How to Set Up Auto Import

Step 1: Generate the API Key from Bayut

  1. Never share passwords, API keys, or authentication details with anyone.
  2. PropSpace staff will never ask for your password or private keys.
  3. If you believe credentials have been exposed, rotate them immediately and contact support@propspace.com.
  1. Kindly reach out to the Bayut support team to generate the Lead API key. 
  2. Keep this key secure and confidential. Do not share it with anyone.

Step 2: Connect Bayut in PropSpace

  1. Log in to PropSpace. Navigate to: Admin > Profile > Integrated Apps. 
  2. Please note that the 'Profile' section is accessible only to users with Manager privileges.
  3. Next, locate 'Bayut' in the list of integrations. 
  4. Click Connect on the right-hand side.

  5. Paste the API key into the required field.
  6. We recommend copy-pasting the key to avoid typos.

Step 3: Select a Default User

Choose a Default User from your company.

Why is this important? If any lead details or agent-related information is missing from Bayut, the lead will be automatically assigned to the default user instead of being ignored by the system. This ensures no leads are lost.

Notes
Once connected, all new Bayut leads will be automatically imported into PropSpace.
Make sure the selected default user is someone responsible for monitoring unassigned or incomplete leads.
