How to Set Up Your Company's Social Media Links in a Newsletter

Adding your social media links to Newsletters helps increase engagement and allows recipients to connect with your brand across different platforms.

  1. Go to the Newsletter Module

    • Navigate to Marketing > Newsletter in PropSpace and click on Switch to Old Version.

  2. Open the 'Settings' Tab

    • Click on ‘Settings’ to access the configuration options.

        

  3. Enter Your Social Media URLs

    • Add the links for your company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (x) , or any other platforms.

  4. Save Your Changes

    • Click ‘Update Settings’ to apply the changes.

Once updated, your social media links will automatically appear in your newsletter footer, making it easier for recipients to follow and engage with your company.
