How to Update the API Key for Bulk Emails

Steps to Update the API Key for Sending Bulk Emails:

Security note:

1. Never share passwords, API keys, or authentication details with anyone.
2. PropSpace staff will never ask for your password or private keys.
3. If you believe credentials have been exposed, rotate them immediately and contact support@propspace.com.
   

1. Go to the SendGrid Website:

   • Open the URL: https://sendgrid.com/ and click on Try for Free to register and create an account.

2. Create a New API Key in SendGrid:

   • In SendGrid, go to API Settings and click on Create New API Key.
   • Name your API key, then click Create and View.

3. Access PropSpace Admin Section:

   • Log in to PropSpace and go to Admin > Profile screen.

4. Select the Marketing Tab:

   • Click on the Marketing tab to proceed with the settings.
     
     
     

5. Choose Bulk Email Provider:

   • Under API Key Type, select SendGrid from the dropdown list of bulk email providers.

6. Copy and Paste the API Key:

   • Copy the API key you generated from SendGrid and paste it into the API Key field in PropSpace.
     

7. Validate the API Key:

   • Click Validate to confirm that the key is correct and connected.

8. Update Your Profile:

   • Once validated, click Update Profile to save the changes.
     
     

Updating the API key allows you to send bulk emails directly from PropSpace using SendGrid.
