How to upload Documents Templates to PropSpace?
The Document Template feature in PropSpace CRM empowers you to efficiently manage and personalize important documents. With this tool, you can create or upload templates, automatically populate client details, and keep your documents well-organized for quick access.
How to Get Started:
Access the Tool: Navigate to Admin > Document Templates in PropSpace.
Select a Category: Choose whether the template applies to a Listing, Lead, Deal, or Contact.
Click on
- Upload or Create: Choose between uploading an existing document or starting a new one.
- Design and Customize:
- Adjust the template's layout to suit your needs.
- Rename templates easily by clicking the Edit button at the top of the page, updating the document title, and clicking anywhere in the document to save. - Auto-Populate Data:
- Use the system's auto-fill feature to seamlessly merge client information into the document.
- Drag and drop fields anywhere within the document for customization. (This feature is specific to Forms.)
