How We Can Search by Unit No. on Leases?
When managing multiple leases, finding a lease for a specific unit can be time-consuming. PropSpace Property Management Software allows you to customize your table settings to include the Unit Number column, making it easier to search for leases by unit number. Follow the steps below to enable and use this feature.
To search for a lease by Unit Number in Manager, follow these steps:
- Go to the Lease Screen.
- Click on the Table Settings icon (located next to "Layout" on the right side above the units data table).
- From the Available Columns list, find and select "Unit No.".
- The selected column will move to the Selected Columns list.
- Click on the three-dash symbol next to Unit No. and drag it to the top to prioritize it in the table.
- Click "Save Settings" to apply the changes.
Now, you can easily search for a lease by Unit Number, improving efficiency in managing lease data.
By customizing the Lease Screen table settings, PropSpace enables you to quickly locate leases using the Unit Number filter. This feature streamlines lease management, reducing the time spent searching through multiple entries.
