How to Use the Lead Pool:

  • Adding Leads to the Pool:

    1. Navigate to 'Lead Management'.

    2. Select the leads to be added to the pool.

    3. Click on 'Move to Lead Pool'.

    4. Confirm to complete the action.

  • Claiming Leads from the Pool:

    1. Go to the 'Lead Pool' tab.

    2. Browse available leads.

    3. Click on 'Claim Lead' for the desired lead.
