Managing Listings

How to Create, Edit, and Archive Listings in PropSpace:

  • Creating a Listing:

    1. Navigate to the 'Listings' section from the main menu.

    2. Click on 'Add New Listing'.

    3. Enter all required details, including property type, location, price, and other relevant information.

    4. Upload photographs and attach documents if necessary.

    5. Click 'Save' to create the listing.

  • Editing a Listing:

    1. In the 'Listings' section, locate the listing you want to edit.

    2. Click on the 'Edit' button associated with the listing.

    3. Make the necessary changes, such as updating the price, description, or availability status.

    4. Save the updates to keep the listing current.

  • Archiving a Listing:

    1. Select the listing you wish to archive from the 'Listings' section.

    2. Click on 'More Actions' and select 'Archive'.

    3. Confirm your choice to move the listing to the archive, removing it from active listings.

Why This Matters: Proper management of listings is crucial for maintaining an up-to-date and accurate property portfolio. This ensures that potential buyers and tenants have access to the latest available properties, which enhances the chances of property transactions.
