Navigate to Portal Management: Select either "Tenants" or "Landlords" from the main menu, depending on which portal access needs to be revoked.
Select the Profile: Choose the tenant or landlord profile whose access you wish to revoke.
Revoke Access: Click on the “Revoke Access” button, confirm the action in the popup dialog to remove their portal privileges.
