Navigate to Financials: Go to the "Accounts" section and select the lease or unit for financial management.
Add Quick Accounts: Choose “Add Quick Account,” enter details like payment amounts and schedules, and save.
Generate Acknowledgment Receipts: After receiving payments, select “Generate Acknowledgment Receipt” to create and send receipts to tenants or landlords.
Why This Matters: Quick accounts streamline the tracking of recurring payments, while acknowledgment receipts provide official confirmation of received payments, crucial for financial transparency and record-keeping.
