    • Why? Identifying leases due for renewal ensures continuous occupancy and revenue, preventing gaps that might occur from lease expirations.

  2. Process Renewal:

    • Update lease terms as necessary and confirm the renewal.

    • Why? Renewing a lease allows adjustments to terms based on current market conditions and tenant performance, which can improve profitability and tenant relations.

  3. Confirm Renewal:

    • Click "Renew Lease" to finalise the updated contract.

    • Why? Officially renewing the lease in the system ensures both parties are aware of the continued commitment and updates the lease's status for operational clarity.
