How to Set Up and Send SMS and Email Notifications:
Setting Up SMS Notifications:
Go to the 'Admin' section and select 'SMS Settings'.
Configure the SMS gateway settings by entering the required API details provided by your SMS provider.
Test the connection to ensure that the SMS service is functioning properly.
Sending SMS Messages:
Navigate to the 'Leads' or 'Contacts' section.
Select the lead or contact you wish to message.
Click on 'Send SMS' and type your message.
Click 'Send' to dispatch the SMS to the selected recipient.
Setting Up Email Notifications:
In the 'Admin' section, choose 'Email Settings'.
Enter your email SMTP details, including server address, port, username, and password.
Verify the settings by sending a test email.
Sending Email Notifications:
From any module (Leads, Listings, Deals), select the record you want to contact.
Click on 'Email' to open the email composer.
Compose your message and attach any necessary documents.
Send the email directly from PropSpace.
