PropSpace provides a structured approach to user roles, mirroring typical corporate hierarchies. There are four levels of user roles within the system, each with specific access permissions and responsibilities:
1. Super Manager (Super Admin)
- Holds full control over all features in PropSpace.
- Can add user accounts across all levels of access.
- Has the ability to update accounts for other Manager users.
- Access to all screens within PropSpace, enabling oversight across all company entries.
2. Manager
- Similar to the Super Manager in terms of functionality, with full access to PropSpace features.
- Can add user accounts at all levels, except cannot update other Manager accounts.
- Has access to all screens, allowing visibility across all user entries within the company.
3. Admin
- Can add and update user accounts, specifically for Agents.
- Access to most screens, with exceptions for Profile, Automation, Drip Marketing, and HR Management, as well as any limitations set by the Manager.
- Able to view all entries entered by company users, while specific permissions remain subject to Manager-defined settings.
4. Agent
- Limited to viewing and updating their own listings and account details unless Listing Sharing is enabled by Admin/Manager.
- Restricted to the screens provided by Manager or Admin users, with access limited to assigned functionalities.
PropSpace's role-based access structure ensures security, efficiency, and clarity for every user. By aligning permissions with responsibilities, each role from Super Manager to Agent supports a seamless and secure property management experience.
