Security Best Practices

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an additional layer of protection to your account.

Before enabling 2FA:
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
- Ensure you have access to your authentication device
- Test login before signing out

If you lose access to your 2FA device:
- Use a backup code to sign in
- Contact support@propspace.com from your registered email
- Identity verification may take up to 48 hours

PropSpace staff cannot bypass security checks.

Why This Matters: Setting appropriate user permissions ensures that employees can access only the information and tools necessary for their specific roles, which protects sensitive data and reduces the risk of accidental or malicious data breaches. Two-factor authentication adds an additional security layer, making it much harder for unauthorised users to gain access to the system.
