Using Cross Sell Partners
Feature:
Refer clients to service providers for additional services like mortgage, maintenance, or insurance.
Steps to Add Partner:
Add New Partner:
Go to Company -> Cross Sell Setting and enter partner details.
Send Leads:
From the Lead screen, select Cross Sell Partners and send lead information to the partner.
Why This Matters:
Cross-selling enhances client value by providing additional services and can generate additional revenue streams for the business.
