What are Sticky Notes?

The Sticky Note feature in PropSpace allows you to add quick, private notes for yourself to keep track of important messages, reminders, or tasks. These notes are uniquely stored for each user and are accessible across all screens, ensuring you can refer to them whenever needed.

Here’s how you can use the Sticky Note feature effectively:

  1. Adding a Note: Click on the Sticky Note icon that floats on the right-hand side of your screen.


  2. Typing Your Note: Under the Notes tab, type in your message or note.


  3. Saving Your Note: Click Save once you’ve finished typing your note.

  4. Managing Saved Notes: 
     > Once saved, your notes will appear in a list below the text box.
     > You can edit an existing note by clicking the Edit button.
     > To remove a note, simply select the Discard option.

  5. Managing Your Broadcast Messages:
     > All broadcasted messages will appear in a list below the text box.
     > You can edit or delete any broadcast messages at any time.
     > These messages are visible to all users in the account and can be accessed under the 'Sent as a Broadcast Message' section.

       

This simple yet powerful feature helps you stay organized by letting you jot down ideas or reminders as they come to you.
