What is the Portals screen for?
The Portals screen provides a central place to manage your accounts with global property portals. In the UAE, PropSpace integrates with several portals, including major platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and Sakani Homes. Additionally, we support international portals like Zoopla, RightMove, Juwai, Wall Street Journal, and Mansion Global.
How to Advertise Listings on Portals
To publish your listings on a portal, you must first have an active account with that portal. If you don’t have an account, click the "Send Email" button next to the portal’s name to request a subscription. Please note that PropSpace only facilitates integration you must complete the signup process directly with the portal.
Enabling Portal Sync
Once your account is set up, follow these steps to ensure seamless synchronization:
- Navigate to the Portals screen.
- Locate the relevant portal and ensure the portal switch is enabled.

Ensure your listings are marked to be published on this portal.
With synchronization enabled, your listings will automatically update across portals, ensuring the latest prices, images, and details are always live.
Troubleshooting & Support
If your listings are not appearing on a portal, check the following:
- Ensure your portal switch is enabled in PropSpace.
- Verify that your listing is marked for publication on the portal.
- Confirm that your subscription with the portal is active and there are no outstanding issues.
- Some portals may have a delay in updating listings. Wait for a few minutes and refresh.

It depends on the portal. Some portals allow free listings, while others require a paid subscription. If the portal is free, you can publish your listings without any cost. However, for paid portals, you must have an active subscription before PropSpace can sync your listings.
- What should I do if my listing isn’t syncing correctly?
Double-check your portal settings, subscription status, XML feed and listing visibility. If everything is correct, contact PropSpace Support for further assistance.
