You will still receive email notifications for any calendar event associated with a lead, even if the lead status is marked as Closed. This ensures that no scheduled meetings, reminders, or follow-ups are missed.

How Calendar Notifications Work for Closed Leads:

Closing a lead does not cancel or disable existing calendar events. Any event linked to that lead will continue to trigger notifications as scheduled. This is especially useful for:

How to Add Calendar Events to a Lead

You can create calendar events in two ways:
  1. From the Lead Screen (Reminder Section)
    1. Open the relevant lead
    2. Scroll to the Reminder section
    3. Add the calendar event directly
  2. From the Calendar Screen
    1. Navigate to Work → Calendar
    2. Create a new event
    3. Link the event to the respective lead
Both methods ensure the event remains active, even if the lead is later closed.
