How Calendar Notifications Work for Closed Leads:
Closing a lead does not cancel or disable existing calendar events. Any event linked to that lead will continue to trigger notifications as scheduled. This is especially useful for:

How to Add Calendar Events to a Lead
You can create calendar events in two ways:
- From the Lead Screen (Reminder Section)
- Open the relevant lead
- Scroll to the Reminder section
- Add the calendar event directly
- From the Calendar Screen
- Navigate to Work → Calendar
- Create a new event
- Link the event to the respective lead
Both methods ensure the event remains active, even if the lead is later closed.
