How Can I View Listings Marked to Be Online on a Portal?
To view which listings are potentially live on a property portal, follow these steps:
- Go to the Listings screen.
- Filter for Published listings in the data table.
- Click on the Advanced Search link in the actions bar.

- In the Portals field, select the name of the portal you want to use as a filter.
The results shown will be listings marked to be advertised on that portal. However, keep in mind that this does not guarantee the listing is present on the portal, as there may be issues like exceeding your advertising package or the portal discarding the listing for being outdated.
