How to Remove PropSpace system integration from Meta / FaceBook

If you have integrated PropSpace CRM with Meta (Facebook Business Manager) and need to disconnect it, follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth removal process. 

Step-by-Step Guide to Remove the Integration

Step 1: Log in to Meta Business Suite

  1. Open your web browser and go to Meta Business Suite.
  2. Sign in with the Facebook account that was originally used to connect PropSpace.

Step 2: Access Business Integrations

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Business Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Integrations > Business Integrations.

Step 3: Find and Remove PropSpace CRM

  1. Scroll through the list of connected apps to find PropSpace CRM.
  2. Click on it and select Remove.

  3. Click Confirm to finalize the removal.

Step 4: Verify Disconnection in PropSpace

  1. Log in to PropSpace CRM.
  2. Go to Admin > Integrations.
  3. Check if the Facebook connection is removed. Once you have removed the connection this will automatically gets removed from the PropSpace CRM. If it still appears, try clearing your browser cache or waiting for a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
