Facebook and Instagram lead integration streamlines the process of capturing and managing leads from social media, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing marketing efficiency.
How to integrate the Facebook and Instagram to PropSpace account?
- Connect your company Facebook account with PropSpace
You can find this feature under the menu Admin > Profile > Integrated Apps.
Connect your company Facebook account by clicking on the "Connect" button.
A pop-up window will prompt you to log in to your account and Facebook will
do the rest of the automation.
Once all set, the screen will display all linked pages on your Facebook account.
Facebook field mapping:
PropSpace already imports all the basic fields like the lead's name, mobile, email, message etc. If you would like to import additional fields from your Facebook lead form, please map the fields on your Facebook forms to an existing field on PropSpace, so that its value can be imported.
Any Facebook fields that cannot be mapped will be added to the lead Notes in the following format:
- Create lead forms on Facebook and map fields on PropSpace
First Log In to your Facebook account. Once logged in, please select the Pages option on the left-hand panel
You can now see your list of pages. Please select the page that you would like to view your lead forms.
Go to Meta Business Suite.
Click All tools from the menu.
Click Instant forms.
To create a new form, click Create form.
You can now see your list of pages. Please select the page that you would like to view your lead forms.
Click on the form you’d like to see the fields for and you can view the field names which have been used. Use these exact field names to map to a specified field on PropSpace.
To map custom Facebook form fields with PropSpace lead fields, go to Admin > Profile > Integrated Apps section and click on the Map Extra Fields button.
A pop-up window will appear that will let you map Facebook fields to the PropSpace fields as described earlier.
Once done Save the changes.
Create test leads to check the integration
Please visit Facebook’s
Lead Ad Testing Tool (
Click here to visit) and select the desired page and form. Click on the Preview Form link to proceed.
You will be presented with a lead form. Fill all the details and click on the Next button, once done, Submit the form.
When the leads are imported for the first time, it takes several hours depending on the data for the leads to be successfully imported into the PropSpace CRM.
This delay is due to the initial setup and synchronization process required for seamless integration between Facebook, Instagram, and PropSpace. Once the leads are imported, subsequent updates or new lead imports will occur in real-time.
Track the status of the lead by clicking on the Track Status button.
When lead status is successful, lead will get imported to PropSpace successfully. You can then check the lead details on PropSpace from Work > Leads Page > Company Tab section
History
When users subscribe or unsubscribe from any Facebook Page on PropSpace, history will get recorded that can be tracked from Analytics > History page
Select the Profile screen from the dropdown menu.
Click on the icon from the Value column for the desired action to see the changes.
Details of the changes will be displayed on a popup window.
Marketing Campaigns
Create and run campaigns using simple self-service tools, and track their performance with easy-to-read reports. When your ad is running, you can track performance and edit your campaign in
Ads Manager.
Link your Facebook page with Instagram account
While creating marketing campaigns, you can
link your Facebook page for which you are creating the ads to your Instagram account.
Once done, your ads will be published on Instagram Feed, Instagram Explore and Instagram Stories.
Test Facebook and Instagram Leads
In order to create and send a test Lead from a specific Facebook Ad Form you should follow the steps below:
Note that using this method you’ll be able to submit only ONE LEAD from each Facebook account and, that once submitted, you won’t be able to submit anymore leads into that specific form with the same Facebook account.
- Go to the Ads Manager - https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/
- Click on the Ads tab then, Check the box of the ad you want to preview and Click on the Preview button
Please note that the ad that you have chosen to preview should be Reviewed and Published to receive leads against it.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click on the icon next to Advanced Preview and then Click on Share a Link
- Then, select the desired Days Active from the dropdown, click on the Copy button
- Load the permalink inside your browser.
- Click on the Show Ad button
- The ad should appear in your Facebook feed, you might need to scroll down the feed
- Once you find your ad, submit a lead with some information that you’ll be able to recognize on PropSpace CRM, we strongly suggest filling the form with lead information that isn’t already present in PropSpace.
