Navigate to Work Orders:
Access the "Work Orders" tab from the main menu.

Initiate New Work Order:
Click on the "New Work Order" button and fill in the required details including service type, property, and vendor.

Assign and Schedule:
Assign the work order to a vendor and set a date for completion.
