PropSpace Property Management Software makes this process straightforward, helping you stay organized and efficiently handle recurring payments. Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding a quick account for a lease.

You can quickly add an account for your lease in PropSpace, which helps manage all payments related to the lease in one place. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Lease Screen.

  2. Click on Add Quick Account.

  3. Complete all the necessary information:

    • Account For: Specify the account.
    • Payment From: Choose the payer.
    • Payment To: Choose the recipient.
    • Amount per Recurring Payment: Input the payment amount.
    • Recurring Payment Due Start Date: Specify the start date.
    • Cheque Bank Name: Enter the bank name.
    • First Cheque No.: Provide the cheque number.
    • Cheque Status: Update the cheque status.
    • Taxes Applicable: Select applicable taxes.
    • VAT: Tick the box if VAT applies (for VAT, ensure the box is checked).
    • Payment Mode, No. of Recurring Payments, and Payment Frequency are pre-filled by default.
  4. For Taxes Applicable, select each transaction individually if you want taxes charged to each. If you want the tax added as a single transaction, select that option separately.

  5. After filling in all details, click Save and then OK.

  6. You can view your added quick account under the Lease > Accounts Tab
