How to add VAT on my Sale deal?

Adding VAT to your sale deals in PropSpace is a process. Follow the steps below to ensure VAT is correctly applied to your commission.

Security note:

1. Never share passwords, API keys, or authentication details with anyone.
2. PropSpace staff will never ask for your password or private keys.
3. If you believe credentials have been exposed, rotate them immediately and contact support@propspace.com.

1. To enable VAT, go to the Admin screen, click Profile, and select Yes for Enable VAT .
   
   
   
   
2. From the Work Screen, select Deals and click New Deal. In the Deal Information section, select Sale as the deal type.
   
3. Input all the requested information in the Deal Information, Payments, and Unit Details sections.
   
4. Tick the box for Include VAT. The 5% VAT and the Total (Gross Commission + VAT) will automatically show.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save Deal. A reference number will be automatically generated.
