How to add VAT on my Sale deal?
Adding VAT to your sale deals in PropSpace is a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure VAT is correctly applied to your commission.
- To enable VAT, go to the Admin screen, click Profile, and select Yes for Enable VAT .
- From the Work Screen, select Deals and click New Deal. In the Deal Information section, select Sale as the deal type.
- Input all the requested information in the Deal Information, Payments, and Unit Details sections.
- Tick the box for Include VAT. The 5% VAT and the Total (Gross Commission + VAT) will automatically show.
- Click Save Deal. A reference number will be automatically generated.
