How to generate invoice for a previous deal?

PropSpace allows you to generate invoices for your deals. Whether you need an invoice with or without VAT, the process is straightforward and quick. Follow these steps to generate the invoice for your deal.
  1. Navigate to 'Work' then click 'Deals'.
  2. Scroll down to the data table and select the required deal, or you may paste the reference number in the filter tab. After selecting, scroll up and click on 'Edit Deal'.
  3. On the right side of the screen, click on the 'Documents' tab and click the 'Generate' button.


  4. Click on 'Invoice' if you want to generate it without VAT, or click on 'Invoice New' if you want it with VAT.

  5. After selecting the required invoice type, the screen directs you to the 'Details' tab where you can see the preview. You may edit the details if you want to add or change something. Then, you can print or save it.
