How to create a Sendgrid Account in PropSpace?

SendGrid is a powerful email delivery service that enables businesses to send transactional and marketing emails efficiently. Integrating SendGrid with PropSpace 
allows you to manage email communications seamlessly. Follow the steps below to create and configure a SendGrid account for PropSpace.

Steps to Create and Configure a SendGrid Account:

  1. Never share passwords, API keys, or authentication details with anyone.
  2. PropSpace staff will never ask for your password or private keys.
  3. If you believe credentials have been exposed, rotate them immediately and contact support@propspace.com.
  1. Register on SendGrid:

  2. Generate an API Key in SendGrid:

    • Navigate to API Settings in SendGrid.
    • Click "Create New API Key".

    • Enter a name for the API key and click "Create and View".

    • Copy the generated API key.


      AlertTreat your SendGrid API key like a password. Never share it via email, chat, or screenshots.
      Anyone with your API key can send emails using your SendGrid account.
      If you think your key has been exposed, log in to SendGrid, delete the old key, and generate a new one.

  3. Integrate SendGrid with PropSpace:

    • Log in to PropSpace.
    • Go to Profile → Marketing Section.
    • Paste the SendGrid API key and click Validate.

    • Once validated, update your Profile settings.
  4. For Bulk Email Campaigns:

    • If you plan to send bulk emails, review SendGrid’s pricing for the best plan based on your needs.

By integrating SendGrid with PropSpace, you can enhance your email communication, automate transactional emails, and run bulk campaigns efficiently. This setup ensures seamless email delivery while maintaining professional engagement with your clients.
