Simplify Your Payments with PropSpace: A Seamless, Secure Experience

Managing your PropSpace account should be simple. That includes how you handle your subscription payments. We’ve streamlined the process using Xero, one of the world’s most trusted billing platforms, while keeping personal support just an email away.

Your Payment Options


💳 Manual Card Payment via Xero Invoice


Each billing cycle, you’ll receive an email from our team with a secure Xero invoice. You can pay by card directly through the invoice link.

  • Invoices are issued monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your agreement.

  • Each invoice includes a secure payment link.

  • There is no login or account required to complete payment.


🏦 Bank Transfer (on request)


If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please email finance@propspace.com. We’ll provide our account details and mark your invoice as paid once the transfer is received.


What’s Changed?


We no longer store or manage card details inside PropSpace.

All payments are now processed through Xero, which supports secure payment links and gives you full control over each transaction.


Need to Update Your Payment Method?


If you need to:

  • Use a new card,

  • Switch to quarterly or annual billing,

  • Or change your payment contact,


Just email finance@propspace.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.
