Understanding the Lead Pool
Lead Pool Feature:
The Lead Pool allows Managers and Admins to add existing leads to a common pool, visible to other agents. Agents can then assign leads to themselves, enhancing lead management efficiency.
Customising the Lead Pool:
Enable Lead Pool:
Go to Admin -> Profile -> Leads tab and set ‘Lead Pool’ to ‘Enabled’.
Access Control:
Allow agents to view or limit the number of leads they can pick from the pool.
Why This Matters:
The Lead Pool ensures that leads are handled by the most appropriate agents, increasing the chances of successful conversions.
